Dr Naveen Kumar is a Dental Surgeon holding Post-Graduate Degree in Hospital & Health Management and Post-Graduate Certificate in Quality Management & Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (QM & AHO). He is trained in Program on Implementation (POI) for NABH 5th edition and ISO 15189:2012 for Medical Laboratories. He is a health systems professional with over fourteen years of experience in the field. He has worked with HSHRC & DSHM at District level for implementation of Quality Assurance program in public health facilities.

Postgraduate in Public Health (IIHMR- Delhi), BHMS, ISO Internal auditor. Over 4 years’ experience in the field of Quality Management System. She is a nodal for the divisional Programme implantation plan activity. She has been part of many publications of the division.
