Mr. Gulam Rafey is a distinguished healthcare professional and supply chain expert with over 13 years of dedicated experience in the pharmaceutical sector, public health, and drug logistics. Holding a Master's degree in Pharmacy, he has further enhanced his expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital & Public Health Management and a Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
He has contributed to the implementation of the Drugs and Vaccine Distribution Management System (DVDMS) and the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) Certification Programme under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), supporting quality improvement in healthcare services.
Mr. Rafey has also worked on Human Resources for Health (HRH) initiatives and is a certified ISO Internal Auditor as well as a trained NQAS Internal Assessor. He currently serves as Senior Consultant (Drugs & Logistics), supporting MoHFW in strengthening the supply chain management system and ensuring access to essential medicines across the country.
