Dr. Anuradha Jain is a seasoned public health leader with more than 18 years of experience in health systems strengthening, program strategy, and research-to-policy translation. She has led major national initiatives across primary health care, urban health, climate and health, human resources for health, and public health surveillance, working extensively with government, development partners, and the private sector. Her career spans impactful roles at USAID, Save the Children, NACO, and NHSRC, where she contributed to large-scale program design, implementation research, decentralized planning, national evaluations, and coalition-building for multi-sectoral health goals. In addition to her national leadership, Dr. Jain has significant global health experience, having worked with countries such as Ethiopia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Indonesia to strengthen health systems and foster south-to-south collaboration. She has authored numerous publications, served as an advisor on health system innovation platforms, and taught in leading public health programs. Dr. Jain brings deep expertise in policy development, evidence-based planning, and strengthening service delivery systems, with a strong commitment to equity, quality, and sustainable public health impact.
